Registration information

Registration fees

**EDS Supporters discounted registration rate: Supporters of EDS (previously called Members) pay an annual fee or regular monthly fee. If you are unsure whether you are an EDS Supporter, please contact us and we can check. Email Fiona to confirm.

*Subsidised registration rate. This rate is available for the following: NGO / Iwi / Full time student / Academic / 65+. You will be asked for proof of your status in one of these categories.

Registration fee inclusions

All fees listed include 15% GST.

Registration fees include attendance at sessions and day catering on the days selected.

Conference Dinner: The Conference Dinner (Wednesday 24 June) is a separately ticketed event available for purchase on the registration form.

Continuing professional development

This event may be considered for contributing to a recognised Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme as part of personal development. Delegates should check their individual scheme requirements.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Conference Organisers of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (the full conference fee less an administration charge of NZ$100) will be made, providing notification is received by Friday 22 May 2026. After that date, no refunds will be made.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Conference Organisers, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

Payments can be made with a credit card or direct deposit. Purchase Orders can be entered onto the registration form when you are entering the delegate’s details and will be reflected on the tax invoice emailed to you. Bank payment details for direct deposits are also included on the tax invoice.
